you don’t have to do it for hours; you just have to do it regularly. even five minutes a day will make a difference. the trick is to make it a habit that you do as maintenance, not a last-ditch effort when you’re already spiraling. think of it as a daily brain sweep. Some days you’ll feel great and successful. Others, you might feel like you accomplished absolutely nothing. both are fine. just keep showing up. your brain will thank you.
