now, shift your focus to the sensation of touch. notice the physical sensations of your partner: warmth of skin against skin, subtle energy flowing between your bodies. sync your breathing. pat attention to your partner’s heartbeat. as you hold each other, allow the intimacy to deepen naturally.
if the desire arises, explore physical intimacy further. this could involve kissing, caressing, or basically any other acts that you enjoy (including doing the nasty ig). no matter what you choose to do, be mindful of the sensations & allow the energy to flow freely.
